Kemper Brennan is a seasoned advisor and mentor with more than fifteen years as an instrumental role in the development and expansion of global beauty companies including the Estēe Lauder Companies, Oribe Hair Care, and Kao America’s Salon Division. She has achieved success at every level in both sales and management as she’s proven to triple retail sales, and launch and sustain partnerships with global companies from the likes of Sephora, Amazon, Bluemercury, among others.
Kemper is a strategic thinker and trusted as a thought leader in the beauty industry.With experience she’s become a trusted advisor and a highly-effective authority in retail development while still maintaining a presence that’s both approachable and genuine.

A busy and proud mom of two, Kemper thrives on two things - organization and connection. In fact, connecting with talented women through her career actually gives her MORE energy to focus on her family when she’s at home! Kemper knows first hand that the juggle is real - especially for entrepreneurs - and she is candid that she protects space for a few key daily practices on her calendar (like gratitude and journaling) so she can bring her best self into each day.
